One chain's loss appears to be another one's gain as a super popular shake place appears to be ready to open soon in what used to be a former Fuddrucker's spot in Missouri.

I knew something cool was about to happen in what used to be a Fuddrucker's in Missouri when I spotted this conversation on the St. Louis, Missouri sub-Reddit.

Now, I see St. Louis Magazine is saying that Shake Shack is nearly ready for prime time and will open their new location in this old Fuddrucker's building in early May.

What's the big deal about Shake Shack opening another Missouri location?

According to Wikipedia, Shake Shack locations average about $4 million dollars per location which is double that of a typical McDonald's place. It has even become a global brand with more than 400 locations internationally. They have what some consider to be "gourmet fast food". Will this new Shake Shack location be able to turn this Missouri location into something successful that Fuddrucker's couldn't? We won't have to wait long to find out as early May is just around the corner.
