There is a lot of data and science involved with this, but I have my own personal experiences to add to the 10 Missouri cities that have the absolute worst drivers and no one will ever change my mind.

How do you decide if a place has bad drivers? The number of accidents is a good starting place, but this list is also based on the number of insurance claims and also online comments from travelers who have traversed these sometimes treacherous Missouri cities and towns. I've lived in and around Missouri a majority of my life and I can verify that this list is accurate and true.

I have lived in northeast Missouri much of my life, but also lived and worked in St. Louis and Columbia, too. I still have nightmares of trying to get in and out of St. Louis Cardinals games through the downtown traffic and the Mizzou crowd makes traveling through Columbia a non-stop thrill ride. Good luck trying to get down Stadium Boulevard during lunchtime. Over the years, I've also driven moving trucks through Kansas City and my blood pressure barely survived the experience. When you're traveling west on I-70, you need lightning-quick reflexes to correctly get in the right lane for the clover leaf twists and turns at one point with barely a mile in between them.
