However, when it comes to public restrooms, Missouri is being shamed for having some of the worst in America.

Lavatory Lab (what a fun website title, btw) decided it was time to rank the best and worst public restrooms in America and I agree. Where did Missouri end up? (no pun intended). Among the worst is the answer with an average score of 5.5 out of 10.

Don't laugh, Illinois. You only managed a 6 out of 10 for your toilet tidiness which isn't special.

So which states scored the highest for not making you throw up in your mouth when you go into their public restrooms? Utah and North Dakota. Think about it. If you're in either of those states, you might as well clean your restrooms as there's not much else to do.

It could be worse. This public restroom in Tokyo is see-through. Imagine this at a Missouri rest stop. (*shudder*)
