Does the background of a person make an alleged UFO sighting more credible to you? If that's the case, consider what a Missouri Navy veteran claims to have seen in the southwestern part of the state. He described a lightless object the size of a football field.

I just saw this eyewitness report from Missouri shared with the National UFO Reporting Center. First, here's how this Missouri man described his background:

"I became a navigator in the U.S. Navy...detail-oriented eyes mostly scanning the horizon on up. Excelling at celestial navigation and weather observation I am very familiar with just about everything that graces the sky".

This encounter happened the night of November 26, 2024 near Springfield, Missouri. Here are his exact words about what he witnessed:

"I’ll start off by saying I don’t know what I saw, my mind is still trying to make sense of it...Larger than a Super-tanker, 10-15,000 feet up, moving North to South just West of the address indicated on this form. There was no sound, no discernable glow from engines, no trail, just an eerie shadow floating at high velocity across the sky."

The man has not shared his name, but did include this note at the end of his report:

"I'm not looking for attention, and don't particularly need/want to be contacted. Out of national/global security concerns, I felt compelled."

What did this Missouri Navy veteran see in the sky that late November night? The fact that his background has given him exposure to virtually every military craft in service, it's compelling to me that he's seen something he's never seen before. If you've ever been near Whiteman Air Force Base when a stealth bomber comes in for a landing, you know you hear sounds if you're close enough. What kind of object of that size leaves no trail or sound?

This is the very definition of an unidentified aerial phenomena. The fact that it was witnessed by a Navy veteran makes it all the more believable to me.
