Missouri Minimum Wage Going Up Soon

A new year will mean a new wage for many workers in Missouri.  The state minimum wage will be going up. The Minimum wage in the Show-Me state will jump 85 cents on January 1, 2020.

The current minimum wage is $8.60.  The increase to $9.45 in 2020 was agreed to by voters in 2018.  The plan calls for minimum wage to go up 85 cents a year to gradually phase in the rate of $12 an hour by 2023.
