Missouri March Could Go Out Like a Lion, Storm Chasers Say
There are many ways to decide when the weather in Missouri is about to get stormy. We now live in an era when sometimes you can know storms could be problematic when you hear of storm chasers coming to town. That's the word as many chasers say Missouri's March weather could go out like a lion.
I was look at NOAA's Storm Prediction Center saying that Missouri and parts of Illinois could see thunderstorms later this week possibly on Thursday, but that's not the only concerning weather on the horizon.
I've seen several storm chasers mention that it's next week at the end of March and into early April that Missouri should be concerned about as there is a convective pattern that shows severe thunderstorm development could be very active over the state at that time.
Those are just two of several storm chasing social media pages that I've seen that think late March into early April is a prime time to be watchful of storm development over the Midwest including Missouri. It's much too far out for the National Weather Service or the Storm Prediction Center to issue any advisories or forecasts, but it's just a good idea to know that those who chase storms think April could get off to an explosive start. That's why we're always weather-aware in this part of America.
