Miley Cyrus is a Finalist for Time Magazine’s Person of the Year

Time magazine will be revealing their Person of the Year Award  tomorrow. There are ten finalists. One of the ten finalists happens to be, of all people, Miley Cyrus.When you look at the list you must ask the question "how in the world can Miley Cyrus' name be on that list?"  Well, like it or not, she is on the list, which is below.

TIME Managing Editor Nancy Gibbs announced the group on the TODAY show yesterday morning. TIME’s Person of the Year winner will be announced tomorrow (Wednesday) morning.
