We all just take for granted that our kidneys will perform normally, but that hasn't been the case for Kim Johnson since she was 9 years old. Now, some 32 years and three kidney transplants later, Kim is still fighting the battle. Her search is on for a fourth kidney transplant operation and hopefully very soon. I had the opportunity to talk to Kim and she shared some of what she has gone through and what her future looks like.
