Missouri is a state where many famous Americans have lived and also the final destination where many have been laid to rest. One cemetery in Kansas City, Missouri is the final resting place of news icon Walter Cronkite and famous candy maker Russell Stover.

YouTube channel History Hunters visited Mount Moriah Cemetery in Kansas City, Missouri where Walter Cronkite and Russell Stover graves are and they are a contrast in simple compared to elaborate.

I find it interesting that a celebrity like Walter Cronkite would choose such a simple grave while the Stover family is an such an exotic mausoleum. I mean no offense to them as a choice of final resting place is a personal and private one, but I did not expect a grave for someone as well-known as Walter Cronkite to be so simple.
