As October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month, the James E. Cary Cancer Center in Hannibal will again host their Pinkie Pals Pizza and Pajama Party.

The fun and lighthearted evening is Friday, October 2. All women who have either battled breast cancer in the past, or who are currently fighting the disease are invited to attend and enjoy companionship and support, pizza, crafts, games, yoga and more. The party will be held from 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.

Pinkie Pals is a breast cancer support group that is open to breast cancer survivors and patients. The group meets monthly in Hannibal at the First Christian Church at 1101 Broadway. Meeting are hel from 6:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.
