For 45 years, the Quincy Farmers Market has been giving residents a chance to get the true from farm to table experience by providing the very best of fruits, veggies, and more. On May 6 in Washington Park, the Quincy Farmers Market will once again be back for another season.

New this year they are wanted to add local musicians to the Saturday Morning markets and are looking for musicians that would like to play. So if you or someone you know would like to be a part of this Quincy tradition check out the Quincy Farmers Market on their Facebook page.

My family and I love the farmers market you just never know what you will find. It's more than just food there are also handmade products and the best part - you're shopping local and supporting local farmers and vendors (which is always the best part.) So, right after you're done watching the Dogwood Parade on May 6th, head on down to the Quincy Farmers Market and fall in love with it just like my family and I did.

The farmers market will happen every Saturday in Washington (except a few times this summer) and run through October 28.
