It went on the market abandoned and crumbling. It just sold for almost a million. It's Nelly's former mansion and a recent video shows what it looked like inside before it went into the hands of new owners.
As we previously shared, Nelly's abandoned mansion went on the market way back in February with an asking price of $600,000. A realtor who was showing the home shared this walkthrough of what it looked like.
Pictures show how rundown some areas of the home were along with some exotic toys that remained in place.

The guy who shared the video stated on YouTube that Nelly's property closed on 9/22/2021 for $982,500. Let me do some math. He asked for $600,000 and got $982,500? Yes, more proof that the real estate market is insane.
Still, that's quite a St. Louis view if you're willing to put the TLC into renovating this mansion and making it all that it can be. Do that and it could probably sell for double what it just sold for no problem.
