50 Illinois Places Ranked as Having the Worst Public Schools Ever

Did you enjoy school? I did OK, but would definitely not have been described as an overachiever. That's why I can identify with 50 Illinois places that have just been ranked as having the worst performing public schools.

I'm always a little wary when it comes to people rating places especially when it comes to educational places. How do you know if the person giving a school district a 1-star rating was just someone with a bad attitude? That's why I turned to just raw numbers from USA.com to determine the 50 Illinois places with the worst public schools. For the record, every single one of these Illinois towns/cities only received a 1-star rating out of 5.

I have to wonder if some of these Illinois towns are penalized because they have such small populations which would mean even one rating would hurt them more than a bigger place like Chicago or Rockford.
