We're all pretty much quarantined in Illinois, but did you know you're actually saving money while doing so?

While I'm sure our grocery bills have gone up during these past 3 to 4 weeks, the amount of money we've spent at bars, restaurants, gasoline, and child care has gone way down.

Homesnacks created a calculator that you can pop factoring in how many people live in your home, how often you go to a bar or sit down restaurant, order take out, how many miles you drive to work and how many kids you have in childcare to come up with how much you're actually saving.

It's rather handy and of course, your mileage may vary, because everyone's situation is different, but I found the money I've been saving is real close to accurate.

How about you? Have you found yourself saving money or spending more during quarantine?
