Let me just say that Frankie MacDonald is an internet treasure. I could argue he's the most beloved weatherman on the planet. Using his typical excitement, Frankie has just issued an urgent winter storm warning for Missouri so you better get those pizzas ordered and your cell phones charged up.

As of this writing, Frankie MacDonald has nearly 300,000 subscribers to his YouTube channel. There's a reason for that. No one has a passion for weather quite like Frankie does.
