Corey Foglemanis is the young actor that plays the role of Farkle Minkus on Disney Channel's Girl Meets World. Quincy Mall will be bringing Fogelmanis to their Back to School Party on Saturday, August 22, where he will sign autographs for fans.

Mike Jenkins, Director of Marketing for Quincy Mall, says that there will be a variety of special activities going on during the Back to School Party. "We’ve got all kinds of great things planned for our Back To School Bash Saturday, August 22, including product sampling from Refreshment Services Pepsi, a Live Mannequin contest that will let Quincy Mall stores show off their best new clothing lines, and a 'Let’s Go Farkling' game throughout many of our participating stores. In all, we’ll be giving away $1,000 in Quincy Mall Gift Cards to the winners! Most exciting though is the appearance of Teen Disney star Corey Fogelmanis, who plays Farkle (hence the 'Let’s Go Farkling' contest - see what we did there?) in the hit show Girl Meets World, who will be on hand from 1-4 p.m. signing autographs and taking photos with fans. We’ll also be conducting an 'It’s Farkle Time!' video competition, looking for Corey’s beigest fans, the winners of which will be invited to a special pre-autograph Meet & Greet. More info to follow on all these great events!"

There will be several chances for kids to win Quincy Mall gift cards during the Back to School Party. Nine winners of the “Let’s Go Farkling!” contest (based on the popular dice game) will win a $100 Quincy Mall Gift Card; participating stores will be set up as dice-rolling stations, and all completed entries are eligible to win. In addition, one winner, based on the number of QR Code votes received, will win a $100 Quincy Mall Gift Card as the best Live Mannequin.

Jenkins says that kids that win a gift card are not obligated to buy school stuff, even though that might be the preference of their parents. "If your kid wins one of the Quincy Mall Gift Cards, they’re free to spend it on whatever their little heart desires - $100 worth of Dairy Queen Blizzards is not out of the question!"

According to Jenkins, the summer of 2015 has been a great one for Quincy Mall, and several fun events will be coming up even after kids are back to school. "With all the great events so far at Quincy Mall this summer—the Summer 175 Carnival, Take a Photo with the Minions, Dog Days of Summer—that best may be yet to come! Along with our Back to School Party, we’ve got a couple more visits from the Tri-State Lugnuts Car Club (including a Drive-In Movie Night August 8), the ever-popular & family-friendly Jungle Safari (8/27-8/30), and the Carson & Barnes Circus (9/5-9/7)!"
