Illinois Feeling Dirty? 10 Cities Named Dirtiest in America

Anyone that has seen the floorboard of my vehicle will tell you I am the least qualified person to be passing judgment on what places are dirty and which ones are not. There is an authority though that has just named 10 of America's dirtiest cities which call Illinois home.

There is a lot of science baked into this recent ranking of the dirtiest cities in America by Lawnstarter. They factored in pollution, living conditions, infrastructure and resident dissatisfaction into the nastiest places in America. Just between you and me, I don't think these Illinois cities deserve the bad rap they're getting with this, but again I'm not the most sanitized person in America either.
