Missouri’s Next Mexican Restaurant Opens This September

If you find yourself constantly in the mood for Mexican food, you'll be pleased to know that there is a new option coming to Missouri and you won't have to wait long to try it. Hiring has begun and this new Mexican food option has plans to open as soon as September.

I saw this interesting listing in the St. Louis Restaurant Jobs Facebook group. Just a few days ago, a posting from The Mexican said "Coming soon! The Mexican STL @ 9615 Watson Road, Crestwood, MO 63126! Our building is located in Dierbergs Plaza off of Watson Rd - directly across the street from Savers. Open Interviews for FOH & BOH Monday-Friday 9am-4pm. Applications also available online here: olivia.paradox.ai/co/SybergsFamilyOfRestaurants2/Jobs"

This is work that was being done at this address in Crestwood late last year.

The official website for The Mexican simply gives the address in Crestwood with a "Coming Soon" message. A reply to the comments on the Facebook group post said the restaurant will feature authentic Mexican food. Sounds good. While no exact date for opening is given, St. Louis Business Magazine had a September estimate. Let's hope this new Crestwood, Missouri place has a great start as there can never be enough authentic Mexican food options.
