
Missouri Facility Closure in July to Impact 93 Jobs
A notice to the state of Missouri has revealed that a facility in Missouri is closing in July which will result in the permanent elimination of jobs for 93 workers in just a matter of weeks.
The Missouri Jobs site is where the state posts WARN notices which are alerts that a business is about to issue a mass layoff. According to the newest update, Cenlar located at 1000 Technology Drive in O'Fallon, Missouri will be laying off 93 workers beginning July 22, 2025. Here's part of the statement included in the document submitted to the state of Missouri:
"On May 20, 2025, Cenlar notified all affected employees of their separation dates and that their separation from employment will be permanent. The initial employee separations are scheduled to occur on July 22, 2025, with additional separation dates to follow"
The company said the facility will completely close on October 31, 2025, but the layoffs will begin in July. According to the company's official website, Cenlar is a loan sub-servicing service. There are no details given on the press release part of their website to indicate what has caused this facility closure and mass layoff to happen.
This new layoff brings the total number of workers impacted by job loss in 2025 to 3,144 as of the date of this writing.
