‘Birdie Bash’ Disc Golf Tournament Signup Underway

It is one of the growing sports in America and it is gaining interest. It is Disc Golf. The sports is catching on primarily among high school and college age students. Quincy is fortunate to have a Disc Golf Course at Moorman Park.

With that said, the Birdie Bash, a disc golf tournament, will be held at Upper Moorman Park in Quincy on Saturday, April 11. The cost is $30 per entry. The deadline to enter is April 6. For more information, go to www.birdiebash.com.

The event is being put on by Greenhouse Discs, Quincy’s newest disc golf outlet. Greenhouse Discs, owned and operated by Brant Ericson, is located at 1135 South 12th Street in Quincy (Inside Holtschlag Florist). They carry the best disc golf selection in the area.
