NE Missouri Truck Stop Lands #33 Spot in Truckers’ Rankings

If you want to know which truck stops are better than others, there's no better person to ask than a truck driver. They would know. That's why it's kind of a big deal that a northeast Missouri truck stop was recently chosen as the 33rd best in America by truckers.

I came across this interesting sign on my way to the radio station this morning. It's a proud banner at the Ayerco in Canton, Missouri

It says that the Trucker Path app has awarded this Canton, Missouri Ayerco the recognition of being the 33rd best truck stop for 2026 according to their millions of users. According to their top 100 list, this is the only Missouri truck stop that made the top 50. Impressive. The Trucker Path app said that drivers chose from over 9,000 truck stops and 10,000 fueling stations to come up with this top 100.

“We are proud to showcase the nation’s top facilities for truck drivers,” said Chris Oliver, CMO at Trucker Path. “This year, we are also naming the truck stops that have been selected by the Trucker Path community as one of the nation’s Top 100 annually for each of the past five years. That significant achievement, and the recognition for all winners, means their customers can count on these truck stops to help make truckers’ lives on the road easier.”

They said there were over 1 million drivers that voted over the past 12 months. For a small Canton, Missouri truck stop to be named among the best of the best is remarkable. Truckers would know.
