This might be the strangest thing you'll see shared by a non-drinker like me. It's a peek inside the historic hidden beer caves under St. Louis, Missouri that are still used by at least one local brewer.

I saw this new video share by Oddity Odysseys on YouTube is a rare look under the streets of St. Louis, Missouri and specifically Earthbound Beer where historic caves are still used for lager.

They said in their video tour that these beer caves under St. Louis, Missouri date back to the 1840's when many breweries used the natural cooling under the Earth to create and manage their lagers. Now, most of the big breweries use modern cooling methods so many of these caves are either empty or buried.
