Want to take your work to the golf course on a Wednesday?  Well, here's your chance. In an effort to facilitate networking among business professionals, Cedar Crest Country Club is forming a new Business Golf League for 2019.

The league will use a 2-person scramble format and will be capped at 64 golfers. Only two players from the same company may participate.

The 10-week league will randomly pair players for a round of 18-holes of golf every other Wednesday from May 15 through Sept.18. The league will be played in the afternoon, with a shotgun start at 12:15 p.m.

According to league organizer Amy Looten, “We’ve all heard about business ‘deals’ struck on the golf course. This networking league will help individuals develop quality relationships in a relaxed atmosphere. We hope these afternoons will enhance sales and further the careers of our participants.”

The cost is $270 per player, which covers greens fees and a cart for 18 holes for 10 weeks. For more information, contact Looten at 217-430-4118 or Cedar Crest Country Club at 217-223-1210.
