Have you ever been driving and realize that you don't recall the last few miles you just drove?  I bet that has happened to almost everyone at some time while they were driving.

Well, there is a new survey out from the Center for Disease Control (CDC) that has found that 1 in 24 US adults admit to have fallen asleep while driving. One in 24 is alarming to me. The survey also show that men are more likely to dose off while driving than women. Women spend that time applying their lipstick while driving (just kidding there).

With this information now available, thank goodness for those rumble strips in the shoulders of highways.
