Multiple media outlets are confirming the rumors are true. A huge Amazon distribution center is coming to Quincy, Illinois.

I saw reports Monday morning from WGEM, Muddy River News and the Quincy Herald-Whig all confirming that a 59,000 square foot Amazon distribution center is coming to Quincy, Illinois. They say this building will be located on the north side of Wismann Lane in Quincy between 42nd and 43rd Street.

The reports say this Amazon distribution facility will bring hundreds of new jobs to the Quincy area and is expected to be ready by late 2025 or early 2026. Construction is set to begin soon on this massive building.
