Aldi Announces New Line of Healthy Food Options
Eating healthy for you and your family can be really expensive. Fortunately, Aldi is coming to the rescue by offering healthier options in their stores that should save you a lot of money.
Aldi is one of my favorite places to shop. I mean you are saving money and getting quality items. Now I have another reason to stop by. Aldi announced that they will be offering healthier items and ready-to-eat meals for their customers and hope to have the new line of food in stores by the end of 2019.
A few of the items they've announced include a bigger veggie selection with pre-cut veggies and fruits as well as vegan products like vegan chicken tenders, kale, and quinoa veggie burgers. Aldi will also be offering meal starters and ready-to-cook meals like microwavable quinoa bowls, canned pasta sauce, and meatless sausages. They're also introducing a gluten free section too!
Looks like the popular grocery chain saw a need to offer healthier options at low prices (sounds like a good reason to me). The Aldi in Quincy is still fairly new, but I almost wish they would have made it a little bigger as it seems like they're ALWAYS packed!
