2014 National Tom Sawyer Days Opens

National Tom Sawyer Days for 2014 gets rolling this afternoon. The pet show in Central Park starts at 1 p.m. This year’s carnival provided by Miller Spectacular Shows opens its gates at 3 p.m.  The mud volleyball junior tournament begins at 5 p.m and Tanyard Gardens opens at 5:30.

Country music recording artists Josh Thompson will be on stage at Tanyard Gardens tonight. Madd Hoss Jackson will open the show beginning at 7:30.

Music Under the Stars is also going on tonight beginning at 7 p.m. on North Main.
