The Adams County Health Department Monday reported 20 new confirmed cases of COVID-19.

There have now been 6,152 coronavirus cases in Adams County since the pandemic started. There are currently 441 active cases, with 68 hospitalized, age 30s to 90s and eight in intensive care.

The preliminary seven-day positivity rate for cases as a percent of total tests holds steady at 6.07%.

Anyone who lives in, works in or visits Adams County is encouraged to visit the COVID-19 rapid testing site at 3200 Broadway in Quincy. The test is free and available to anyone.

Individuals will be contacted with results the same day they are tested.
