I am a sucker for cabins. Log cabins, wooden cabins...I love cabins. That's why one caught my eye that's located in the woods east of Quincy and I snagged 16 pics that you can check out for yourself.

The address is 1318 Shady Acres Lane in Quincy. It's a great name for a roadway in that area as it's located in the middle of probably 10,000 trees. Yes, maybe a slight exaggeration, but look at the map of the area.

The Remote Cabin Located Just East of Quincy

It's a 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom cabin that is made for nature lovers. It would be all I could do to keep my kids away from that creek. That would be a nice problem to have.

Highlights inside the home include that wood-burning stove and bed in the window. Outside the home, I'm a fan of that hammock. Is it coincidental that most of the things I enjoy in life now involve sleeping? Guilty as charged.

The listing says the 3rd bedroom doesn't have a closet which isn't a problem for me since I'm a man and I just throw my clothes on the floor anyway. No problem at all.

It's probably not shocking that a home like this isn't free. (Darn it.) The current asking price according to Realtor is $294,000. The listing says it's surrounded by nearly 33 acres of timber. I love trees and cabins. If you love trees and cabins, check out the full listing for more pics and details.
