Sure Looks Like Another Whataburger Coming to Missouri in 2025

If a report from a franchisee is accurate, it sure looks like Missouri will be getting another Whataburger location in 2025 and when has Patrick Mahomes every been wrong about anything?

According to the official Whataburger website, the number of Missouri locations now stands at 18. Based on what I've found from Patrick Mahomes Whataburger franchisee website, that number will be growing again. Patrick is reportedly the main investor in KMO Burger and it's his passion for Whataburger that has brought numerous locations to Missouri.

The most recent Whataburger from KMO just opened in June at 4200 Sterling Ave, Kansas City, MO 64133 & Interstate 70. Now, it appears one more Missouri Whataburger is planned.

When I see "possible", I wonder if this means they're still in the process of finalizing the location and getting all of the necessary zoning approvals, etc. I'm no franchise expert, but I'd say since both Raytown, Missouri and Topeka, Kansas are listed, those restaurants will happen one way or another.

With the star power of Patrick Mahomes behind this group, I'd be surprised if we don't see a St. Louis area location of Whataburger at some point. Will that be as soon as 2025? Time will obviously tell.
