Just when you thought that chilly weather was here to stay, Missouri weather says "I've got a surprise for you" and it's arriving the first week of November with an unexpected burst of warm.

If you thought you were done with your air conditioner, don't look at NOAA's Climate Prediction Center 8 to 14 day outlook

The orange-y colors represent a high probability of above normal temperatures for early November. Notice that Missouri is in the 60 to 70% chance of seeing warmer than normal temperatures and it's not wrong. I looked at AccuWeather's forecast for Missouri and there's a definite warmup coming by the middle of next week with the warmest temps being in the upper 60's by Wednesday, November 5, 2025. The Weather Channel agrees and even shows high temps for some places in Missouri to top 70 by Tuesday, November 4, 2025. Their forecast goes out further than the official National Weather Service outlook and shows the 60's are expected to remain in Missouri at least through November 15, 2025. Where are you, Fall?

There are some indications that a typical late Fall/early winter weather pattern might develop later in November. Once that happens, Missouri should start seeing regular blasts of colder temps begin to impact from the north. If you're a fan of sweater weather, don't get your hopes up for that regular colder pattern until later in November at the earliest.
