Vampire Penguin Shaved Snow Dessert Place Open Soon in Missouri

If you're a fan of unique dessert options, there's a new one that is opening soon in Missouri. It sounds weird to say this, but it also involves vampires and penguins.

It's been a few months ago when we first heard from St. Louis Magazine that a new dessert joint would be opening at 12 1/2 Euclid Avenue in St. Louis which looked like this before the new business began preparations to move in.

The new business is Vampire Penguin which specializes in shaved snow desserts and they look nice.

The initial story in November said Vampire Penguin planned to open around the end of February which is the time we're approaching now. I checked some recent shares they dropped on Instagram and it appears they've been battling weather, permits and plumbing not necessarily in that order. They do say "Opening soon! 12 S Euclid Ave Saint Louis MO 63108. Drop by and say hi! Serving you delicious shaved snow treats!"

Let's hope they can open their doors soon and the weather will be more agreeable. Don't know about you, but I'd much prefer my snow in a dessert instead of on a Missouri street I have to drive on.
