Inside St. Louis Missouri Iconic Tower That May Have a New Owner?

It's not quite as iconic as the Gateway Arch in St. Louis, but it's one of the more recognizable buildings in the city. You can see inside the Top of the Tower building in St. Louis which reportedly now has a new local owner.

I can't remember the last time this St. Louis, Missouri building was occupied, but it had to be at least a decade ago. It's sadly sat empty for all those years, but Fox 2 in St. Louis is reporting that a local buyer has agreed to take it over and make it into something again.

It will be super interesting what a new local buyer with a developer will decide to do with what used to be a truly iconic part of St. Louis, Missouri. There's so much renovation needed in the existing building, I have to wonder if the new owner will raze it and create something brand new. It's all just speculation for now as no official plans have been shared as of the date of this writing.

One way or another, it will be awesome to see what has become an eyesore in St. Louis become something vital again. Hopefully.
