We are in the heart of county fair season in the Tri-States with the Adams and Marion County Fairs underway, and starting on Tuesday, August 3rd the Brown County Fair in Mt. Sterling officially kicks off! Here is the full Brown County Fair schedule according to the Brown County Fair Facebook page!

TUESDAY– August 3, 2021

Veterans Day - All Veterans in Free

6:00 PM – Expo Hall Opens to the Public - Carnival Opens on the Midway - Armbands Available

7:00 PM - Presentation of the Colors in front of Grandstand prior to the Queen Pageant

7:30PM - Miss Brown County Fair Queen Pageant - Little Mr & Miss Contest -"The Greatest Showman"

WEDNESDAY- August 4, 2021

8:00 AM - Open Class Sheep Judging - One Day on Grounds

12:00 PM- Brown County Open Horse Show - New this Year at the Grandstand - Susie Houston - Supt.

6:00 PM - Expo Hall Opens to the Public - Carnival on Midway - Armbands available 7:00 PM - Grit & Grace Drill Team

7:30 PM - T & A Bucking Bulls Professional Western Rodeo Entertainment Pavilion - Matt & Hannah

THURSDAY - August 5, 2021

8:00 AM - Open Class Beef & Swine Judging - One Day on Grounds

6:00 PM - Expo Hall Opens to the Public - Carnival on Midway- Armband Available - Sponsor's Night

5:30 PM - Kid's Grand National Pedal Tractor Pull inside Open Show Barn - (3 Classes ages 3&4-5&6-7&8-9&10)

1st Two Places of each class will pull at 6:30 PM in front of the Grandstand Friday Night prior to Grand National Tractor Pull - FREE Cotton Candy Kids Tractor Pull Participants -Courtesy -Zeiler Amusements 7:00 PM - ITPA 3 Classes & UPA 1 Class - ITPA Classes - 9500 Pro Farm, 5800 Modified & 8500 Limited Pro Stock -- UPA Class - Farm Stock

Entertainment Pavilion Eric McKay Band- Corn Hole Tournament - 2 Person Team - $20 Entry Fee 100% Pay Back + $200

FRIDAY– August 6, 2021

6:00 PM – Expo Hall Opens to Public - Carnival on Midway - Arm Bands Available

6:30 PM -Finals for Kid's Pedal Tractor Pull in front of Grandstand (The Corn Dog Stand will give away FREE Lemonade, A Corn Dog to 1st & 2nd Place Winners of all three classes)

7:00 PM - Western Illinois Grand National Tractor Pull - Featuring NTPA Electronic Score Board - 4 Classes NTPA - Pro Stocks, LT UNL, SSTD 4x4 Truck - Super Farm Tractor

Entertainment Pavilion - Sequoia Drive Band

SATURDAY – August 7, 2021

9:00 AM – Kid’s Day – Games on the Lawn with Prize Money

10:00 AM – Carnival Opens - 10:00 - 1:00 PM - Arm Bands Available - Morning Only

1:00 PM - 4 Bicycle Give-a-Way (Bicycles courtesy of Zeiler Amusements & The Brown County Fair)

10:00 AM – Expo Hall Opens to Public throughout Day - Face Painting & Balloon Fun (10:30 - 1:00)

(Special Child ID Program – sponsored by Brown County Sheriff Dept

10:00 AM-1:00 PM COVID Shot Clinic in Expo Building

12:30 PM - 7th Annual Hat & Horses - Light Luncheon/hors d'oeuvers In Open Show Barn

2:00 PM - Harness Races - Drawings for over a $1,000 each day for our fans

7:30 PM – Mike Brown Promotions Demolition Derby
