The Adams County Health Department this morning announced one new case of COVID-19 in Adams County.

The Sunset Home is holding their 1st Annual Blessing of the Animals event tonight with the Rev. Dixie Croxton, Sunset Home’s Chaplain of Spiritual Life, conducting the blessings.

Sunset Home's Second Annual Fundraiser will be held on Thursday, September 17,2015 from 5:30 to 8:00 pm.

The annual Sunset Home Wheelchair Races will be held at the Home on Wednesday, October 1 beginning at 1:30 p.m. Teams are currently being accepted for the races that day at a cost of $30 per team.

The Sunset Home in Quincy is hosting a fundraiser celebrating their 125th Anniversary tonight at BoodaLu Steakhouse in Quincy. All proceeds will benefit their elevator modernization fund. The event will be held at BoodaLu Steakhouse in Quincy from 5:30 until 8 p.m. and the theme is a Wine Pull to generate donations.

Sunset Home is hosting a Bake Sale for a cause this Monday, January 20th from 10a - 3p. The proceeds benefit Homeward Bound Waggin, Inc.

The Sunset Home Christmas Light Tour is this Wednesday, December 18.

The Red Hat Ladies of Sunset Home have been collecting toys for this holiday season so every child will have a gift under the Christmas tree.

The Sunset Home will be hosting their annual Wheelchair Races this Wednesday, September 25 at 1:30pm as a fundraiser for their Employee Assistance Fund. This event is open this year to the community and business partners in the area.

It has become an annual tradition and it only started four years ago, but you will be hard pressed to find more fun than the Sunset Home Bed Races. This morning at 10am the Sunset Home will go crazy as the 4th Annual Bed races take place to benefit the Alzheimer's Association.
