The time to sign up your 4-man team one last time is running out to be a part of the final year of Gus Macker in Quincy.

The Quincy Exchange Club is looking for people living in the city limits of Quincy interested in having one of those 1000 American Flags placed on their property.

The College For Life program is for students with intellectual disabilities who want to continue their education and go on to college.

Last Friday the Quincy Exchange Club honored the "First Responders" in our area at an awards presentation held at the Elks Lodge in Quincy.

A special thanks goes to Bob Shafer who was kind enough to video an aerial view of the 2020 Field of Honor and allow us to use it.

The Annual Field of Honor American Flag display will be available for viewing this weekend at 16th Street between Vermont and Broadway in Quincy.

The Exchange Club honored two members for their outstanding work with the Bill Hageman Exchangite of the Year and the John Tripp Distinguished Service Awards.

It was going to be the finale of a wonderful event that usually kicked off the summer season, but it won’t be happening this year.

For 67 years the Quincy Exchange Club has recognized the “Golden Deeds Award” winner. Well that announcement thanks to the the Coronavirus Crisis has put it on hold.

The 29th Annual Gus Macker Basketball Tournament will be held this Saturday and Sunday at Washington Park. Pre-registration will take place Friday afternoon.
