The 6th Annual High School All-Star Baseball game featuring the best of Missouri against the best of Illinois will take place on Saturday.

We are now 3 weeks and a day away from the home opener for the Quincy Gems. On May 31st, the Gems will open up their home season with a game against the Danville Dans at historic Q.U. Stadium. It will also be Y101 Night at the ballpark as well. While the excitement of a brand new season will be felt in Quincy the disappointment cannot go unnoticed in Hannibal in that the Hannibal Cavemen will not

The 5th Annual Guns-N-Hoses charity softball game will be played on Saturday, August 6 at 7 p.m. at the Clemens Field in Hannibal. The cost is $6 per ticket with 100% of ticket sales going to charities and scholarships.  Tickets can be purchased at any fire station, the police station, or at the gate.

Hannibal's historic entertainment venues - a few of which are still operational - have hosted every type of celebrity there is. Some of the most famous stars of stage, screen, and vaudeville have performed in America's Hometown.

All the Hannibal Cavemen runs were unearned Sunday night as they knocked off the Chillicothe Paints 5-2 in an inter-divisional match-up at Clemens Field.

This summer's weather has been unusual in Hannibal. Above average rainfall, very mild temperatures, extremely hot temperatures ... the city's nearly seen it all over the past couple months. Because of excessive rain and even some flash flooding, the Hannibal Cavemen have worked extra hard to keep the field in playing condition, and the ballpark open to the public.

The home of the Cavemen recently received some nice attention from Mark Cryan, former MiLB general manager and contributing editor of Ballpark Digest.

The 2015 Missouri vs. Illinois All-Star High School Baseball Game will be played on Saturday, July 11. The game will feature the top 48 senior baseball players in the area representing 25 different high schools on both sides of the Mississippi River.

The Hannibal Police Department is investigating a burglary which occurred overnight at Clemens Field.

As the Prospect League season enters week four, you will have multiple chances to see the Hannibal Cavemen at Clemens Field.
