I became aware of this incredible Table Rock Lakefront estate when I came across a video shared by Nicole Pettyjohn on YouTube. It appears this originally went on the market in June with an asking price of $2.8 million dollars. According to Realtor, this is 24 Old Still Road in Kimberling City, Missouri.

According to the latest update I've seen from the listing on Realtor.com, the current asking price is a cool $2.5 million dollars. I'm no real estate expert or Property Brother, but I'd take it in a heartbeat if I had that kind of coin. Unfortunately, I'm about $2.499,999 million dollars short. Darn.
