I love a good treasure hunt. If you do, too, and you have an affection for ducks, you need to begin your search in St. Louis, Missouri as 50 ducks are hidden throughout the city and each is said to be worth a "fortune". We'll see if you agree with that "fortune" assessment.

I just came across this Fan Recap article that says there are "50 hidden ducks unleashed in St. Louis, each worth a fortune...for hockey fans". I was able to confirm this through the St. Louis Blues official website as the team does have a "Duck Duck Blues" promotion for the upcoming game versus the Anaheim Ducks on November 21.

Fans that go to that game will get a 2-pack of ducks so you can give one to a friend. It's the gift that keeps on giving.

What happens if you find one of the 50 hidden ducks in St. Louis?

I've only been to one St. Louis Blues game in my life and it was because a friend had an extra ticket and offered to let me hang around. Of all the professional sporting events I've been to in my life, it was a highlight. Hockey is so much better in person than it is on TV. Watching Tony Twist beat up nearly the entire other team was a treat I'll never forget.
