This may be the result of me reading too many Tom Clancy novels back in the day, but I do understand why there is concern in Missouri over the revelation that Russia ran simulations of what would happen if they used tactical nuclear weapons. The conclusion is bad news for Missouri and the world as a whole.

This report does not come from a fringe conspiracy theory site, but the Jerusalem Post. It says that a simulation was done by Russia over the span of 6 years and included a what if scenario if they were to use 32 nuclear weapons to completely overwhelm Western Europe. The result? The resulting conflict would have crossed the ocean and ended up with Missouri being one of the first states in America to glow in the dark.

Oh, and this just shared today by Yahoo News saying that Russia is threatening America directly about World War 3 now. So much fun.

Why would nuclear strikes in Western Europe spell doom for Missouri?

The estimate is that a nuclear exchange of any type would only take 20 minutes before it would escalate into a worldwide conflict. It's also been revealed that Vladimir Putin has Missouri targets on his short list of likely first strike destinations.

The news of Russia running simulations of nuclear attacks is being shrugged off by many as saber rattling purely for show. The fact that these plans were tested over a 6-year-period means this is more than an impulse show of force. This is a real wondering of what might happen if they dare to push that button.
