The speculation says that Red Robin will focus on underperforming restaurants which is the same thing many other restaurant brands have done. This closing process will happen over the next 5 years which means you likely won't see one of their Missouri locations closing overnight.

According to the official Red Robin website, they currently still have 11 locations open in Missouri.
