Missouri Police Share Video of Deer that Jumped Into a Nail Salon

If you are a Missouri law enforcement person or know someone who is, you know that there are some unusual situations. That's a good description of what some Missouri police officers had to deal with after a deer jumped through a nail salon window.

Overland, Missouri is located in the northwestern part of the metro St. Louis area.The Overland, Missouri Police Department shared this interesting video moment on their Facebook page. They described it like this:

"Our officers handled an unusual deersturbance at a local nail salon…we’re not sure why the young buck jumped through the storefront window and trapped itself in the bathroom, but we were glad no one was hurt!"

They added the following "thank you" to the responding officers:

"We’d also like to commend the bravery of the two officers standing on the counter, behind the partition (with their cameras), encouraging PO Thompson to open the door. "

Fortunately, the buck does not appear to be seriously injured by the broken glass as it calmly walked into the parking lot after getting off of the slick floor inside the salon.

You just never know what situation you're going to be involved in when your a police officer in Missouri.
