The largest ice skating rink in Illinois is just a few hours away, and trust me, there is plenty of space to do social distancing for this fun activity.

Measuring at 27,500 square feet The Maggie Daley Ice Skating Ribbon, located in Chicago, is one of the largest in Illinois to ice skate ar. The park along is amazing, it's a must-stop for us when we visit the city. The ice skating rink is in the shape of a ribbon and gives visitors the space needed for those who are just learning and for those who are a little more experienced in ice skating.

The park is open until March 22, so even if you can't make it to Chicago this month or next, you will have plenty of time in March to enjoy the ice skating rink. I would love to take the girls and do this, they have asked me for years to take them ice skating and I had no idea that the Chicago Park District makes this every year. We might have to take a trip to Chicago one weekend.

You do need tickets to enter the ice rink, but they are reasonable only $16 per person if you buy online and $18 per person if you walk up and purchase tickets.

LOOK: 50 famous memes and what they mean

With the infinite number of memes scattered across the internet, it's hard to keep track. Just when you've grasped the meaning of one hilarious meme, it has already become old news and replaced by something equally as enigmatic. Online forums like Tumblr, Twitter, 4chan, and Reddit are responsible for a majority of meme infections, and with the constant posting and sharing, finding the source of an original meme is easier said than done. Stacker hunted through internet resources, pop culture publications, and databases like Know Your Meme to find 50 different memes and what they mean. While the almost self-replicating nature of these vague symbols can get exhausting, memes in their essence can also bring people closer together—as long as they have internet access.
