If you've ever been an over-the-road truck driver, you know there is no such thing as too many great places to stop. There's a new one in Illinois that has turned a farm field into a truck stop that can accommodate up to 85 big rigs on its lot, plus it comes with a lot of extras, too.

I just saw CDL Life share the news that there's a new Love's Travel Stop located at 2801 Hoover Road in Rock Falls which is next to I-88 and State Route 40 situated between Rochelle and the Iowa border. A couple of years ago, this is what that address looked like.

There's a new drone video shared by Love's Travel Stops that shows what this Illinois address looks like now. It is fancy in a truck stop kind of way.

This Love's Travel Stop in Rock Falls, Illinois has a Godfather's Pizza, a Naf-Naf Grill, dog park, showers, laundry facilities, seven diesel bays and more. I have had so many friends and family members who were truck drivers that I can appreciate how much they enjoyed places like this. You'd probably be surprised at how many truck stops just don't have very much parking and/or can be extremely congested when you most need a break from the road. Great that Illinois has a new stop to make life easier on those who keep our economy moving.
