I tend to get very impatient with picky people. I was always told that beggars can't be choosers. I will say that this Illinois couple near Naperville seem like nice people. I don't blame Sarah for not wanting furniture to block windows or Robert for not loving big, prominent garages, but when you're not giving the realtor a big budget, you need to be ready for compromises. I'm happy that they ended up in a home that they both like. It proves that HGTV can sometimes perform real estate miracles.
