MO State Fair Announces Grandstand Lineup
We've been waiting for weeks to hear who will be taking the main stage at the Missouri State Fair, and we don't have to wait any longer.
The first four concert nights of the fair (which will take place August 12 though the 22) have been announced. Trace Adkins will open the first night on Thursday, August 12 with comedian Dusty Slay opening up for Adkins. Russell Dickerson will take the stage on night two of the fair Friday, August 13 with Cassadee Pope opening up for him. R&B group Boyz II Men will take the stage on Saturday, August 14, and as much as I love Boyz II Men, I am really looking forward Tuesday, August 17. Missouri native Tyler Farr will be on the grand stand and opening up for him will be Tenille Townes.
Tickets for all of these shows will be available to purchase to the public starting June 29. If you would like to get all the early announcements from the MO State Fair, which include all of the presale information, sign up to be a Fair Fan here. There are still four more concerts to be announced at a later date, but what a way to start announcing this years grand stand performers. The 119th Missouri State Fair, themed “Our Missouri Celebration” is August 12 -22 in Sedalia.
The Illinois State Fair announced their concerts back in December of 2020. Those artists include Kane Brown, Toby Keith, Chris Young, and Kelsea Ballerini. That fair will run at the same time as the Mo State Fair, and tickets for all those shows are on sale now.
