State Department Just Issued Warning to Missouri Travelers
The world as we know it seems to be changing daily and the newest development is an urgent travel advisory from the State Department that affects all Missouri travelers.
While this travel advisory affects all Americans, this is especially important for Missouri residents as it's been revealed that this past weekend's attacks on Iran originated from Whiteman Air Force Base in Missouri which could make anyone traveling from the state a bigger target.
Here's the warning as it just appeared on X:
The United States State Department issued what they describe as a "worldwide caution" effective immediately for any Missouri resident traveling abroad. It reads as follows:
"The conflict between Israel and Iran has resulted in disruptions to travel and periodic closure of airspace across the Middle East. There is the potential for demonstrations against U.S. citizens and interests abroad. The Department of State advises U.S. citizens worldwide to exercise increased caution."
No matter if you're flying out of St. Louis, Kansas City or any other airport in Missouri, you can search the United States travel destinations list to see if your location is affected.
