UFO? Missouri Cop Reports Bizarre Lights in the Sky

Whether you believe a story or not depends a lot on whether you trust who the witness is. Many would say that they would believe a story told by a law enforcement officer over other people which is why a tale from a current Missouri police officer is compelling. He claims he's seen bizarre lights moving and sometimes circling in the sky.

This is one of the most interesting reports I've seen on the National UFO Reporting Center site in years. It comes from Tarkio, Missouri which is a small town located well north of Kansas City. The police officer says his most recent sighting happened during the early morning hours of May 22, 2025. His first sightings began during Thanksgiving 2024. Here are his exact words of what he saw:

"I am a police officer...I have observed them nightly and have many videos and photos of the lights. These lights usually move west to east and sometimes fly in a circular pattern."

Here's the kicker. He recently transferred to a different police department 32 miles away and is still seeing the lights. Plus, he has a corroborating witness. He contacted one of his fellow officers at his old police department and that officer also saw the lights moving.

Lights moving from west to east is not unusual. Seeing them moving in a circular motion is strange. By definition, he has witnessed UFO's since no one yet has been able to identify what this police officer has seen over extreme northwestern Missouri.
