Missouri Police Issue Blue Alert for Armed & Dangerous Suspect

Missouri State Police have just issued a blue alert for an armed and dangerous suspect who may be wounded and is on the run.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol just issued this blue alert Sunday morning for a suspect who fired at officers in Caruthersville during a traffic stop.

The alert says he is believed to be armed with a rifle and a handgun. As of the time of this writing, there is no information about what type of vehicle he was driving or the direction he was heading. If you see this suspect, do not approach. Contact your local Missouri law enforcement officers or dial 911 if it's an emergency. This will be updated if new information is released by the Missouri State Highway Patrol.
