Missouri’s Most Expensive Property is Suddenly Not a Mansion
If I asked you to guess what Missouri's most expensive property is, you might answer that it would be a huge mansion. I wouldn't blame you, but you'd be wrong. It's really a sprawling 7,200 acre place unlike any you've probably ever seen.
Since I've been rightly accused of being a wanna-be Property Brother, I keep an eye on interesting real estate. Out of curiosity, I decided to check Realtor for the most expensive property currently available in Missouri. I was surprised to see the top of the list not be a mansion or some fancy estate in the richer parts of St. Louis or Kansas City. Nope, it's a gorgeous ranch estate located at 10800 Turley Road in Plato, Missouri.

Why is this land available? The listing answers that question:
"7,200-acre that's primed and ready to start your legacy here. The retiring owner successfully managed 2, 200 pairs of cows on this expansive property for many years."
Current asking price is $37,100,000 according to Realtor.com. This is about as close to having a ranch like the one on the Yellowstone TV show that I've seen in Missouri.
